Serials Acquisitions Department

The Library Serials Acquisitions Department obtains serial publications in all formats with the exception of government documents. They are made accessible to users through the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), from both local and remote locations. This includes the following major responsibilities to:
Promptly order, pay and receive all serial publications in all formats.

Ensure the prompt routing of all serial publications for cataloging and processing in a clear, consistent and complete manner. Facilitate user access to electronic titles in cooperation with the Electronic Resources Serials Access (ERSA) Department.
