"To Do List" for New Student / New Employee

New Student

• Request Aleph User Account
  
• If OCLC Connexion is not install in the student workstation please send a request to Desktop Computing Support Center (syshelp) specifying the deparment/unit and the room number where the workstation is located.

New Employee

• Request that administrator's rights be given to the new employee on a designated computer by sending an e-mail to Desktop Computing Support Center (syshelp) with the AFS ID, name, depatment and the hostname of the computer.
  
• Install Aleph 18 GUI Client
  
• Request Aleph User Account
  
• Request OCLC account (Contact Mary McKeown )
  
• Setup OCLC Connexion client for first time downloading and basic setup steps
  
• Subscribe to the Cataloging mailing list:
