Fill in the "My Account" box at top of page
Enter your ID barcode number

From "My Account" click one of the following:
LOANS: view list of materials currently on loan
List does not include InterLibrary Loan
HOLDS: View materials you have requested or delete the recall/hold
RENEW your materials for another pre-determined loan period
Materials that have been "recalled" or "on hold" for another patron and those materials considered "lost" will NOT be renewed
Allows you to RECALL books currently on loan.
How to place Web Recalls:
Step 1. Identify the book you want
in the Library Catalog
(Use Basic or Advanced Search).
Step 2. Select the name of the library branch OR "Recall item" next to the owned/out statement. This will display a list of volumes or copies in a new window.
Step 3. Click the "Recall Item" link next to the copy or volume you want to recall.
Step 4. Enter your ID Barcode Number and your Verification Number
Your Barcode is the 14-digit number on the reverse side of your Notre Dame ID card. Forgot your verification number? Request it to be Reset at a circulation desk or send request to library.circ.1@nd.edu |
Step 5. From the Recall Request window,
| Do NOT set the date for less than 15 days. Note that if the book is returned to the library after this date, you will not be notified. |
Step 6. When you are finished press the RESET button to LOGOUT.
Failure to RESET and LOGOUT of the session will allow others to view your personal information. |
