Patron Confidentiality Policy
- Library circulation staff will provide the name of a borrower of a specific item only upon request, in person, to patrons with a valid Notre Dame ID card.
- Any borrower who does not want his or her name revealed must complete a Patron Confidentiality form (.doc) available on the web or at the circulation desks.
- No borrower information is released to outside agencies or individuals without a court order.
