2003 Summer Program

"I am a recent graduate of Clay High School and I will be attending Butler University this fall. I'm planning to major in computer science and electrical engineering. I feel this summer has been a fun-filled learning experience, and I just want to thank everyone in all the departments for making my time in the Libraries worthwhile. When the program began I was surprised and at the same time amazed by what I didn't know happened in an academic library like this one. A lot of these things that surprised me, made my interests grow and this summer was really worth my time and everyone's efforts. I'm hoping this is not the last time I have this experience and, interns of the future, I see some pretty well written computer programmes that will better suit a library enviroment."
