Ciara Adams
Being a part of this Diversity Program has taught me a lot about the library and how there are so many things that happen "behind the scenes" of a library. There are so many components to a library and so many people that are librarians, but in different ways. There are a lot of things that people don't know about the way a library works and this program gives a better understanding of just that. I'm really thankful and greatful for the experience. It is one that will help me throughout college and possibly the rest of my life.
