Participating in the Diversity Program has better prepared me for my freshmen year at Indiana University Bloomington. I now know how to better take advantage of all of the services and other things that an academic library offers. Also, participating in this program has introduced me to a new career. Prior to this summer, I knew nothing about librarianship, and now I have gained a new respect for librarians.
