At Notre Dame, indexes are available in both print and electronic formats. These indexes range in scope from the most general to subject specific (Business, Literature, Sociology, etc.). Start with one of the following: Find Articles or Find Resources by Subject when looking for magazine, journal or newspaper articles.
Resources are arranged by subject. If you are unsure which subject to choose, consider using the "General and Multi-disciplinary" category, which covers a multitude of subjects. Or simply Ask A Librarian for guidance!
Within each subject, a list of Recommended Resources appears and indicates some of the best as well as frequently used resources. For example, Academic Search Premier is a top electronic resource to consult within the subject General and Multi-disciplinary.
