Recognize and understand the purpose of various types of reference resources (specialized encyclopedias, indexes, bibliographies, online catalog, etc.)
Recognize and use Library of Congress Subject Headings correctly in the online catalog
Determine the availability of needed information (InterLibrary Loan, sound, images, etc.)
