Date of Publication of the Facsimile: 1873 This is an early Czech photolithography of a fifteenth-century Bohemian manuscript of a Latin commentary on the Apocalypse. There are but few illuminations such as this one, of the Woman and the Beast. Color lithography did not exist until the earlier part of this century.
