 Saint Omer mitred, with a cross, hand raised in blessing, maniple in the left hand, surrounded by four fleurs de lis; appended to an act of June 1499: agreement of the mayor, magistrates and commune of Saint-Omer to the treaty concluded between the archduke and the king of France
