Description:
 St. Éloi seated on a throne with animals' heads, holding in the right hand a hammer and in the left a book; with a fish on either side; appended to a charter of 26 January 1329: submission of the magistrates of the city of Dunkerque to the king for having violated the peace of Flanders in 1305
