Description:
 Man standing, viewed from the front, dressed in a tunic, a sword in the right hand and a flower in the left; flanked by a crenellated tower and a church with three arcades resting on columns; appended to an act of 1211: pledge of agreement by the mayor and the peers of Chaumont with a burgess of their city for the location of a house near the abbey of St. Victor
