Description:
 Bridge with five arches and a fish below, a stronghold above flanked by a low building with crenellated towers and four openings on each side; appended to two acts: 1190, a donation to the Abbey Notre-Deame-du-Val; October 1228, pledging the allegiance of the city of Pontoise to Louis IX
