Special Projects
The Preservation Department engages in a number of special projects which often involve multiple Preservation units. Special projects are coordinated by Julie Arnott, Department Head.
Special Projects include:
- Coordination of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Program within the University Libraries
- Working with library and facilities staff to monitor and control of collections storage environmental conditions
- Outreach services
- Grant Initiatives
- Internships & Preservation Planning Surveys
- Staff and user education in care and handling of collections
