Script:Written in a Gothic rotunda to f. 49v and in a humanist minuscule in at least one hand. The final text on 118v is written in a separate humanist hand.

Binding:Bound in blind rolled calf over heavy boards with metal clasps and corners. There are five bosses on the front and the back covers.
Provenance:The feast of the translation of Loretto and the presence of four rather than five psalms suggests an origin in an Italian Benedictine or Cistercian convent.
