Numbered in lead in a modern hand in the upper right hand corner of each leaf. Contemporary foliation near upper right corner in roman numerals in red up to f. 52.
Dimensions:153 mm x 108mm (leaves), 97mm x 62mm (ruled space)
Collation:14 2-128 132 (-2) Catchwords are present and correct at the bottom center of the last leaf of each quire.
Script:Written in a northern Italian gothic bookhand by two scribes. The first scribe is responsible for the homilary up to f. 86r. The second is responsible for the statutes of the Carthusian Order from f. 86r to the end of the manuscript.
Binding:Bound in modern red velvet.
Additions:There is a single annotation, in a near contemporary hand on f. 82v.
Provenance:Bookplate of Bernard Jean on front free endleaf. The manuscript is jointly owned with the Newberry Library and shelved at the Newberry as MS. 148.
