Script:Written in a gothic textura. The second hand begins at f. 66r.
Binding:Bound in sixteenth century calf with gold stamped image of the Annunciation on both covers. Blind tooled double fillets around both covers. Front free endleaf is a leaf from the F-G section of the Concordantia Santi Jacobi.
Additions:The Stabat mater and Deus qui virginalem on ff. 89r-90v are in a clearly later hand. A later hand has also written a prayer in French on the back flyleaf.
Provenance:Ms ex libris on verso of third front flyleaf of Mademoiselle Jolent Denin of Wingles. The manuscript is jointly owned with the Newberry Library and shelved at the Newberry as MS. 185.
