Access to these resources is governed by license agreements which restrict use to the Notre Dame community and to individuals who use the Notre Dame Libraries' facilities. The browser software provides a familiar and easy-to-use Windows interface for browsing the database, selecting series of interest, displaying the selected series in a spreadsheet format, and saving the selected series for transfer to other software systems, such as Microsoft Excel®. Replaces print products from Moody's (Mergent): Bank and Finance Manual, Transportation Manual, International Manual, Public Utility Manual, OTC Unlisted Manual, OTC manual. SDC Platinum offers detailed information on new issues, M&A, syndicated loans, private equity, project finance, poison pills and many more. SDC Platinum provides an extensive query and report database for the private equity industry and buyout financing. The VentureXpert, Global Public Finance, Securities Trading, and Corporate Restructurings databases are also available in SDC, but are not included in our subscription.
