Content highlights include scholarly books from Bloomsbury and other top publishers such as IB Tauris, Arc Humanities Press, and Amsterdam Press; exceptional visual resources including newly-digitized, rare incunabula from Senate House Library, high-resolution maps from the British Library, and images from the Metropolitan Museum of Art; study resources curated by major scholars; and an interactive timeline with global focus. Updated twice a year with article collections for the Encyclopedia of the Global Middle Ages, backlist and newly published e-books, a growing series of exclusive primary source commentary articles, lesson plans and reading lists, and image partnerships with leading museums and galleries.
