Virtual via Zoom

Join us for a series of online introductory workshops developed by the Navari Family Center for Digital Scholarship and the Genomics and Bioinformatics Core Facility to help Life Sciences graduate students hit the ground running this coming fall semester.

These sessions are designed to help participants starting with minimal knowledge of command line tools, work up to performing tasks such as creating simple R scripts for data analysis. This series will also introduce attendees to computing and data resources available to them at the University of Notre Dame.

While this program is designed for incoming Life Sciences graduate students, it is open to anyone who would like to learn about bioinformatics.

  1. Visit the 2021 BIP website for specific session topics and other details
  2. Register here (you may register for the entire series or select sessions of interest)
