Learn how to use VOSviewer to visualize relationships between sources in a literature review—including journals, researchers/authors, or individual publications. Use VOSviewer to illustrate author collaborations, analyze article citation patterns, explore research trends, and more.
Please bring a laptop to the session with the software installed (see below).
BEFORE THE SESSION, PLEASE:
- Install the program:
- Visit vosviewer.com.
- Proceed to Download menu.
- Download and install the appropriate version for your computer.
- Once downloaded, open VOSViewer to make sure it works.
- Update Java if applicable:
- When opening VOSViewer, you might be prompted to download the latest version of Java before the application will function.
- If so, download Java at java.com.
