1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

264 Hesburgh Library (Technology Commons)

In this workshop, we will create a fully functioning personal or professional website with the free Google Sites.

We live in an age where having an online presence is becoming the norm for most professionals. A well-designed website enhances one’s professional ethos, offering a collective, public, discoverable space to share thoughts (blog) or publications, and for others to come to know you and your work.

PREREQUISITES

  1. No coding experience is required.
  2. Please bring your resume/vitae if you have one. You’ll use it to populate the pages of your new website.

LEARNING GOALS: Help you design and build your own static website in the Google Sites space.
