Virtual

Are you a researcher, librarian, digital humanist, archivist, designer, or community historian interested in community-based digital storytelling?

Join us for a virtual talk and conversation with Carl Settles, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of E4 Youth, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and technology start up in Austin, Texas, and the creator of What Once Was, a location-based mixed reality (XR) platform that explores the impacts of gentrification by leveraging the power of storytelling and Web 3.0 technologies to build community and close the digital divide.

Funding support for this event is provided by the Responsible Computing Challenge, a partnership of Omidyar Network, Mozilla, Schmidt Futures, Craig Newmark Philanthropies, and Mellon Foundation.

For more information, please email Danielle' McGhee, dmcghee@nd.edu, or Katherine Walden, kwalden@nd.edu.
