Python is a very popular programming language for text mining and natural language processing. The Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK) is a popular suite of Python modules that makes text mining easier.

This workshop is an introduction to Python and the NLTK, and we will demonstrate some of its functionality. You will leave with a working knowledge of Python and exposure to the inner workings of the NLTK.
