300 O'Shaughnessy Hall, Sojourner Truth Commons
With tremendous joy and celebration of the Africana world (Africa, United States, and Afro-Caribbean diaspora), this event presents an opportunity for the University of Notre Dame community to connect with the Hesburgh Libraries vast array of multimedia resources (course content/creation of multimedia assignments) and be introduced to music resources from the Africana world.
Participants are asked to bring their devices (laptops, phones, tablets, etc.) and be prepared not only to learn about these invaluable resources but also to experience the possibility of impromptu dancing and celebration. Lite refreshments will be provided.
