How can one become a more “open” researcher? Join this session to learn and share tips for being as transparent and open as possible across the lifecycle of your research projects so that your work can be understood, appreciated, and therefore used!

Learning goals:

  1. Understand the importance and benefits of basic research data management principles
  2. Know where to seek assistance for open access and other data/publishing questions
  3. Create an ORCID and/or Open Science Framework account (if applicable)

Prerequisite(s):

  1. This lesson assumes no prior knowledge of the skills or tools
