Learn to make simple graphs in R using the ggplot2 package.
This workshop will introduce participants to ggplot2, a graphics/visualization package within the tidyverse collection of packages in R. We will craft several basic visualizations using data from multiple disciplines, and discuss ways to customize the aesthetics of visualizations in ggplot2.
This workshop is open to all, but it is recommended that participants have some basic knowledge of writing R code in the RStudio interface. One way to accomplish this is to attend one of the R for Absolute Beginners workshops offered regularly throughout the semester.
