Guidelines for Meeting Space Usage
When reserving a meeting or event space, be aware of the following guidelines:
- Hours of availability vary by location. See below for links to individual pages for details.
- Spaces are available for one-time events, not for extended scheduling or regularly repeating class sessions or meetings.
- Maintaining an environment conducive to study is our priority during finals and midterms.
- We may not be able to accommodate reservation requests made less than 3 business days in advance.
- We request proof of public performance rights for events involving screening of a film or video.
- We will consider requests to use spaces for fundraising sales by Notre Dame organizations and affiliates on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse events we feel will be a significant disruption to patrons.
