Support Services for Meeting or Event Spaces
The following support services are available when you reserve a room for a meeting or event in the Hesburgh Libraries:
- A Library faculty or staff member will provide a scheduled consultation so you may tour spaces, review room arrangements, and determine use of standard room technologies in advance of your event.
- The furniture and technologies located in the space will be available for use in event set-up.
- As event host, you will be responsible for:
- Additional furniture and technology rental
- Furniture and technology set-up and tear-down
- Event staff and technology support
- Event catering
- A named staff contact is available to help with problems related to the meeting/event space.
